Why The Good Crowd
The Jolly Hog wanted to tap into our experience of working with both large corporate brands and fast start-ups in the food and drink industry. By sharing our real life, on the job experiences we were able to bring theory to life to help the Marketing team grow and strengthen the Jolly Hog brand.
What we did
Having fully researched the business and gathered input from the team, our marketing expert Natalie delivered quarterly sessions tailored to the Jolly Hog’s business priorities.
We covered topics ranging from marketing capabilities and KPI tracking through to stakeholder engagement. Creating a cycle of ‘Learn, Do, Support and Reflect’ allowed us to embed and bring the theory to life using real life examples and case studies. Sessions were fully interactive, encouraging debate to answer important questions like 'do brands really need a vision, mission and purpose to succeed?'
Each face-to-face session was complemented by one-to-one support, giving each member of the team the space to develop their skills at their own pace and to ask questions once they’d had time to reflect.
