About Rheal Superfoods

Founders, and Dragon’s Den winners, Sean Ali and Charlotte Bailey launched Rheal Superfoods with a mission to improve health and wellbeing and look after the planet. B Corp aligned well to their values and they were inspired to join a movement of businesses driving change for good. With a fast-growing business and small team, the process seemed overwhelming and so they were introduced to us.

Why the Good Crowd?

Co-founder, Charlotte, was looking for support  throughout the certification process from B Corp experts who also understood food supply chains. We led a structured process, ensuring impact improvements reflected Rheal’s mission and values. A materiality assessment was carried out and we advised on impact goals. We managed the application submission and rigorous verification process, ensuring Charlotte and her team were involved at every stage.

The Results:

Rheal Superfoods certified B Corp in January 2023 achieving a score of 90.7 pts.  We are continuing to work with Rheal to communicate and embed the B Corp values across the team and with external stakeholders.
